We are seeking male and female candidates for the positions of waiters and cleaning staff at "5Stars" Coffee House located in Beykoz Merkez. The ideal candidates should be between the ages of 20 and 30.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary:  30,000 TL
• Meals: (Ödeme veya teslimat / Payment or delivery): 4500 TL
• BONUS: Every 3 months
• Tip: Employee's own
• TOTAL: 36,500.00
• Social Security (SGK): Included

• Cleaning Staff: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Waiters: Two shifts available

  • 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Day Off: One day off per week

Part-time and Full-time
Age: 18 - 35 years old
Working hours and time:

• Weekdays 7/24
• One day off per week
• First shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Second shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
  Training duration: 5-7 days
  Training reward: 10,000 TL

Attention:
An exam will be held every three months. If you score above 85% on the exam, the company will reward you with this amount in cash.

• Work Experience: Previous experience is required.
• Behavior and Attitude: Candidates must exhibit good manners, politeness, and professionalism.

All personnel are required to complete a 5-day training program and pass an exam at our branches in Turkey and other countries.

• Note: No salary will be paid during the training period.
• The training may be conducted online or in person, and candidates can select their preferred location.

Every 3 months, 1% of the total net sales will be calculated and distributed among the staff of each branch.

• Physical and Mental Health Clearance: A clearance from the Ministry of Health is required.
• Substance Use: No use of any substances or addiction is allowed.
• Physical Build: A suitable and healthy physical build is required.
• Perfume: Light and appropriate perfume should be used daily.
• Uniform: The company-provided uniform must be worn.
• Behavioral Requirements:
  • Be friendly, energetic, polite, patient, and considerate.
  • Mobile phone use is not permitted in the workplace.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.
